• How long does it take to process an order?

    Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. We are a growing company and we do everything we can to make this process as smooth as possible for our customers.

  • What about shipping?

    Currently we ship across the U.S. only, but are looking to expand internationally soon! Shipping times range from 2-5 business days depending on the carrier.

  • Refunds & returns

    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount as well as cover the shipping costs for the return.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible using the link below with your order number and photo's of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
